As I told you I can to dye her white hair with gray to create the effect of your ponypersona. I'll use a Rainbow Dash and I'll paint her body with the airbrush color, a blue navy. One question, the diamond that is in the head is painted or embossed? And the triangles of the head? She also wears leather clothes that show me in the picture?
Oh, also my favorite characters are Princess Luna, Celestia, Zecora, Nightmare Moon and Queen Chrysalis. Do you can do one of these characters for your ponypersona? The more easier. ^ ^ Thank you.

you can paint or emboss, whatever easier for you, i honestly dont know what embossing is D8
and yeah she has a pair of goggles but thats it,oh, resound is the light blue one, not the dark blue one, the dark blue one is Midnight, my boyfriends character.
i can make you 2 mini ponies *i dont have a large pony pattern for the princesses yet* of luna and celestia with no problem :3 here are examples of them:

they'll have their gauntlets and crests around their necks, along with crowns.
Luna is 7 inches tall and celestia is 9, they have painted eyes and CM's and i can put alot of detail into them if its alright with you :3?

Oh, I was confused, I thought your pony was the dark blue, so I had the solution to dye gray hair. My fault, but now it's all cleared up.^^
For your blue pony I can do one thing: rehair some gray strands and in the part where the hair is dark only rehair dark hair.

so if you use an RD base youll just have to do the hooves and the hair really <:3 she has a very simple cutie mark and just brown eyes with a diamond on her forhead and the little triangles under her eyes VwV i am excited to see what you can do with her! and ill start on luna as soon as i get my fabric back from my friend 8D
