Description It's Mal!! What's that boi doin?? I have no idea

This was initially going to be cell-shaded but then I shaded with airbrush rather than pen and then I just ended up finding another way to make the style i already had. Then this turned out and, well, I guess it's okay

I'm not sure what to think about this... Is this what happens to people if they eat soggy cabbages?
(The picture is beautiful, and I love the red and the curve of the wings towards the viewer but the title confuses me... )
