Thank you! And my collection just keeps growing. Henry's the one who collects the ammonites, and all the other rocks and oddbits belong to me (Cynthia).

Lol- I know what you mean about collections growing! I go amateur fossil-hunting, too. When is enuff, enuff? 50 lbs? 100? Lol.

It's actually really easy to do - it's all the bead embroidery that takes forever. Thanks!

I like how you have the fossil held down, it really makes it stand out. Also, the one circle of black beads looks nice with the random pattern of the rest of the bracelet.

wow, this is a very cool piece. Very organic and earthy, the bead colours really go well with the fossil. Its cool how you have created something new with something so old.

Awesome! I think my most favorite aspect of this is how the bead colors pick up on the fossil color scheme and enhance it. It's lovely!

I got it from the mineral museum's gift shop - but they're actually pretty easy to find otherwise.

This is definitely a nifty piece of work. It looks better in person, but you got a good picture of it anyway. ^..^ I love the complimentary colors and the way the beads hold the ammonite in.

I think everything always looks better in person, despite Henry's photography skills.
