Its been a mixture. A lot of my digital work is self taught and using resources online. But about 7 years ago I had a few classes and for the past year I've been attending art classes at university~

I'm trying to figure out what art classes I want to take in college and I like your work so I thought I'd ask. I know a want to take a panting class but I don't know what else

Oh sweet! Well I highly recommend taking a figure drawing class if they're available. I noticed quite a difference in my work by the end of the semester. You gain a lot of understanding for anatomy and form. And if you work diligently its almost a given that your work/understanding will improve by the end. Also if you have any life drawing/painting classes I highly recommend those! Still lifes get a little dull after awhile but they really help broaden your knowledge and skill. 

For the most part I've gained quite a bit from all the traditional courses I've taken. And you can apply a lot of what you learn from them to digital mediums too~ What kind of painting class are you looking into? I haven't done much with painting so it always interests me~

Well I just switched to art so I have no idea what all classes there are or anything. I was going to go to collage for wildlife ecology and fisheries so I could work with wolves but that wouldn't bring in much money. I could always do that on the side to. So I still need to go and see what painting classes are offered. I paint with acrylic but I don't know how they split up the classes
