My Nobody for ! She’s based on this character [link] , which still needs a full ref. Sorry for the long description, but I’m explaining all this info now so I won’t have to later!

Name: Xhairod (pronounced ZAIR-od; the h is silent)
Title: The Nimble Snare
Age: about 20
Somebody: Kafi Hodari
Height: 5’1/2’’
Weight: 102 lbs.
Skin: Tanned; light brown around eyes; one black stripe on each cheek
Hair: Silver-gray
Eyes: Aqua

Element: Balance
This power is twofold. First, Xhairod has incredible balance herself. She can do all kinds of amazing acrobatic moves and stand, walk, or run on tricky surfaces like wires, poles, or very thin tree branches. Second, she can throw her enemies off-balance, allowing her to dart in and attack before they can react. She can, of course, startle them with her ropework or her quick moves, but her power also allows her to look “inside” them and literally see their center of gravity in the form of a ball of light. It’s usually in the chest or stomach area, but some people do have them in weird places! Once Xhairod finds the center of gravity and sees its shape, she can focus her power on it and reshape it. Make it just a little too heavy on one side or the other, and the person will trip or stumble; make it really heavy, and they’ll fall over! All this is done without physically touching the victim, so the surprise can unbalance them even more. Oh, yes, Xhairod has fun with this one!

Weapon: Rope
This rope is made of a special, magical spider silk that is extremely flexible, yet strong. There are millions of silk fibers in it, and the user can manipulate them with her will alone. This makes the rope an extremely versatile weapon. Xhairod can make it longer or shorter, within a certain range, as needed. She can tie a loop in it and use it as a lasso, or she can open up the fibers in the middle to form a cup and use it as a shepherd’s sling. She collects large, round rocks to use as sling bullets (it’s not just for her interest in geology!). The rope can also be made to move in a specific way by the user’s will, almost as if it’s alive; it can follow a target and even close the lasso on it as long as the user guides it. Xhairod uses techniques like these to attack from afar, which she prefers, but in close combat, she might make a noose in the rope and try to catch an adversary by the neck or the leg, trip them up, and hogtie them. The rope helps in travel, too, because she can swing or walk on it to reach out-of-the-way places. In addition to all this, the magic silk makes the rope very hard to break, so Xhairod can sometimes shield herself with it by blocking direct attacks. It would take a very powerful, and perhaps magical, weapon to break the rope and to cancel its magic so that it couldn’t repair itself by the user’s will. If such a thing did happen, Xhairod would be in trouble, because the spiders that produce the silk are very rare and hard to find. However, the rope is so useful and valuable to her that she would probably go to any lengths to replace it if she had to. She sometimes calls it “Anansi,” which is the name of the wise spider in West African folk tales.

Accessory: Power Gauntlets
These gauntlets have several practical uses. First, the pads on the palms (which resemble paw prints) help protect Xhairod’s hands from rope burn and provide her with a stable grip for climbing. Second, they help her to focus her power in her hands and arms so that she can reform people’s centers of gravity and command the rope. Sometimes she can use them to send power into the rope to shock a victim who’s held in the lasso. Third, the green bars and boxes, as well as the blue Organization symbol and a tube hidden in the gauntlets’ cuffs, are hollow containers that hold a special adrenaline potion that Liemyx (she’s the group’s scientist, right? ) makes for her. Xhairod sometimes exerts herself too much, so this potion (a combination of Strength Up, Defense Up, Ether, and Hi-Potion) allows her to get a second wind and continue fighting for a bit longer, or else get safely away. The tubes that run along the gauntlets carry the potion from the storage containers to the rest of Xhairod’s hands.

Other: Boots
I just want to say that, no, they aren’t regulation Organization boots at all, but Xhairod randomly found them in her closet and she likes them. They’re cute and they have really good treads on the bottom for extra traction. If she gets in a situation where she feels more comfortable in just bare feet, she just ties the strings together and slings the boots over her shoulder. The pants, though…they're definitely bad. She’s gonna have to find something better for next time.

Well, that’s about it! Hopefully I’ll be able to write some stories for Xhairod soon, or at least draw her more. Seems to me like she could go places! LOL

EDIT: Okay, turns out the club doesn't accept any anthro or part-anthro characters, so the lemur ears and tail had to go. So, I put in some human ears and gave her some nice little gold hoop earrings! Sorry if it looks weird; I'm not good at drawing human ears.
