This is Izzy. One of my OCs. She's 12 years old, and good with tools and gadgets. I plan on using this for a SWAT Kats fanfic if I didn't hit a writer's block. Izzy's a nice kid and poor girl couldn't make any friends. But Jake(Razor) and Chance(T-Bone) came along and decided to let her stay with them in the salvage yard.
