Thanks! I made it in Marvelous Designer. If you're in need of dynamic cloth, I HIGHLY recommend you check it out. It is a little pricey, but you can get a month long free trial.

The awesome thing is I could go even further and make each "particle" 1mm instead of 5mm (default is 20mm) and get crazy with it. However, switching from 20mm to 5mm increased my simulation time and manipulation lag from about 1 minute with no lag to about 3-5minutes and noticeable lag. It'll undoubtably still be faster than either of my other programs, though...
