I don't know much about Fallout:Equestria, but that's the fanfic this character is from.

Crap, I don't want to be the one to say this but, with both the left and right gifs the pipbuck is on the leg facing us. I can't remember which, but one of those can't be right.

Dangit. One gif is just a reversed version of the other, that's why it's like that.

When you open the Desktop Ponies application, Click "Pony Editor" near the bottom of the window. From there, click "Create NEW Pony" Then type the desired name, in this case, I'm sure "Littlepip" would suffice, and then click "Add behaviour. " After that you can click "select..." for the right image and upload this, and for the left image, you can use this: soupinsanity.deviantart.com/ar…
Then you can name the behaviors and choose the movement speed, duration, chance of occurring, and speech bubbles if you'd like.
I tried to just find a link on how do all that, but I actually couldn't find one. So, I hope I explained that well enough. xD
