Talents:
- He's a fast learner and has a keen eye for observation (useful for his occupation).
- He's also able to draw well (helpful for illustrations like maps and diagrams).
- He has no emotion has a good poker face.

Personality:
He's a shy, quiet fellow who would prefer to be indoors all day and spend his time reading and researching than be out in the hot sun and be active. He's nocturnal and doesn't need a lot of sleep to function well throughout the day (not that he's particularly active to begin with). He's a lot more interested in history than in people, making him distant and indifferent. He takes a while to warm up to you, and even if you get close to him, he'll still ignore you if he finds something else more interesting. He's highly intellectual but has poor athletic skills and has never used magic before (and doesn't plan to).

History:
Noon grew up without parents as he was abandoned by the edge of the Alave Forest. Fortunately, he was found before anything happened and was taken to be raised in an orphanage. Given his timid disposition, Noon was not very close to the other children. While the other children played, Noon would sit in the back of the playroom by himself, quietly watching the others. The matron encouraged him to play with the others, but failed to bring him out of his shell. What she found however, was that Noon was greatly attracted to stories about Voleras and his ears would perk up during story time. She taught him to read and write so that he could read on his own. Given his accelerated learning abilities and agile mind, Noon had finished the limited selection of works at the orphanage within his first year of learning how to read and write. Through his studies, he became more and more fascinated with the history of Voleras, the seasonal gods and the various kinds of citizens. Noon soon heard about Coramine City's public library and strongly desired to go and dreamt of working there when he was older.

But becoming bored with what limited resources he had around him, Noon asked the matron of the orphanage if he could visit Coramine City's library. The matron was surprised at his bold request, since he rarely spoke up for himself, but granted him an opportunity to visit on his 10th birthday. That visit would forever remain in Noon's heart as a precious memory. The scenery was beautiful and the library itself was grand, and the plethora of knowledge available within its doors was awe-inspiring to Noon. Once he turned 16, he was old enough to leave the orphanage and immediately set off to Coramine City. Since then, he has found work as a clerk in a small bookstore where he spends most of his time reading and writing (instead of working). He hopes to one day publish a comprehensive volume series on Voleras' history.

- He shies away from physical contact in general and doesn't like to touch others or be touched.
- He loves to be praised.
- He only needs 2~4 hours of sleep and often stays awake reading until sunrise. He wants to dedicate as much time as possible to his research.

- Small trivia: “Noon/nun” (눈) in Korean means snow (his design is based on a snow rabbit), but I intentionally romanized it in English as a reference to the midday noon as irony, as he's actually aversive to the sun (and lives in the sunniest country of all) and prefers nighttime.
