Betrayal. I should have seen this coming...
I wonder what the Royal Guard hoped to achieve by "trapping" him in there. He hasn't cracked his skull yet, so couldn't he just teleport out of there? or am I missing something? I know that he cannot teleport in the present, however, that is due to his cracked skull, is it not?

You know I've been thinking. Do Sans and Papyrus eat? I don't think so. And Sans never ate anything at Grillby's in the game or showed him eating in any way; like Papyrus. He's a tall skeleton guy with a great and kind attitude. The only reason he never tasted his cooking is that I think, he can't. He's a skeleton, it would fall off of his body; some people would think that too; Sans knows it's inedible because he probably examined some monsters' reactions when eating Papyrus' spaghetti (headcanon). Sans dies in a human way, according to an obscure theory in the comments Deltarune videos, he's a darkener. He gets tired half of the fight.
So to my conclusion: The skele-bros don't eat. If they do, I don't how they do it. Or the answer is very clear; magic.
Now I dunno what to say. Tell me what you think. This might be stupid.

Well you could see sans drink a whole bottle of ketchup at grillbz if you refuse the ketchup when he asks if you want some (if that counts as eating). And at one of the snow trap things if you tell papyrus you left his spaghetti he says something along the lines of "you left some for me!"

I really hope that Eliza finds some way to fix this, maybe she works with Flowey to do so.
I'm not saying that it should be easy though, like, Eliza should likely die permanently to fix this whole mess. Or something along those lines.
