Personality: A cat by all definitions. Playful by nature, he tends to look for amusement in just about everything. And one way or another, he will find it. Be it stealing someone's keys, or watching a lover's quarrel, he absolutely does not place others' well-being above his personal interest. Hence, his occupation of choice. Oz is a very selfish kitty. He had little use for his dishonestly obtained funds until recently, and the main motivation of his thievery remains the thrill of it. Perhaps an adrenaline junkie.

He loathes being lectured or guided, but will listen willingly if the one speaking is someone he considers respectable. Such individuals may be subject to varying methods of attention seeking. Even rarer are the people he offers his loyalty to, strong as it may be. Please consider that even those he holds in high regard see his sassy and snarky side; no one is safe.

The cat is used to a pampered lifestyle, so naturally he expects to be spoiled without end. That being said, he acts as if he has a right to everything. Stubborn, and difficult to force into submission, he rarely backs down, but will shrug off challenges just as easily in favor of a more logical activity or solution.

- Parkour: Any successful thief should know the best and quickest escape options. His speed, flexibility, and natural feline talents lead to some impressive stunts. His legs in particular are his strong suit, allowing for a fantastic jumping ability.
- X-Ray Vision: No one has better vision than a Luxray. No secret is safe.

Weaknesses:
- Camouflage: He lacks it. Severely. Making him a prime target for other thieves, shady salesmen, and every other kind of crook. The hood can only do so much.
- Heights: Getting up is one thing. Heck, even leaping great distances in so trouble. But when faced with height in a quiet situation, he'd take his time getting down. A lot of time. And sometimes some persuasion.
- Intimidation: Obviously, he has trouble getting taken as a serious threat. Forever underestimated.
- Endurance: Oz is simply not built for taking large amounts of damage.
- X-Ray Vision: He has trouble controlling it, just as his mother, which results in migraines, lightheadedness and general irritability. Also makes for terrible facial recognition, since you know, seeing faces is kinda vital in that whole concept.

Background: Born into a family that holds an impressive trade system with Landermacht, Oz grew up pampered and without a want going unanswered. The third child, second son, he was withheld from the pressure of taking over the family. His well-being was taken care of, and he had no doubts it would always be. This, of course, didn't stop his father from enforcing studies on the kitten. He learned what was worth what, what deals would be profitable, the best routes, and of course how to study people. A large factor in making a successful deal would be reading your partner; knowing when they are confidant or nervous, truthful or false, a good investment or a dud. This, Oz continued to practice throughout his life and finds pleasure in doing so.

At the age of 13 was his first adventure to the slums. He wore no disguise, and his attire gained quite a lot of attention. There, he began the roughhousing any young boy seeks. Losing more than winning, he developed his own style of fighting, and gained confidence. Quite a few mishaps later, both close and light, had him becoming something of a terror. Much property was destroyed, many wounds and stolen goods later, had him begin his thieving career. The following year officially claimed the title of a recrational thief. Ever since, he'd continued it just for kicks. Should his family's business fail, at least he'd have a plan B.

As all things do, the good fortune his family shared came to an end. Pirates had taken a great toll, their raids becoming too costly for the business to remain afloat (no pun intended). A rival company, his father suspected, was selling their trade routes; though he could never provide the proof. With the promise of a lavish lifestyle no longer firm, Oz simply moved on with his own best interest in mind. The man was capable of taking care of himself.

Recent development has led him to lose his family name and all that comes with it, father no longer accepting the cat as his own. Plan B, at least, was well underway, and Oz found himself a cozy position at Aram Cabello's side, leader of the Disputants.

- Has a habit of trying to fit into small spaces. Damned feline instincts had led to some awkward situations.

- Cooking is beyond him. The last attempt nearly burned down half the family home. He's been forbidden to attempt it since.
- Ironically enough, Oz is a literal bottomless pit when it comes to food. Very rarely does he experience the sensation of 'full', often getting sick before he has the sense to stop.
- Eminates sparks of static electricity when frightened, agitated, or stressed.
- Only helps others when he believes they are utterly doomed without the assistance, or has somethign to gain from it.
