Origin: Unknown. Claims to come from a human family among a tiny village in a distant land, but he bears an odd resemblance to a pokemon. Was a pokemon trainer when he was a kid, but wants to work with pokemon in a different way now. He rehomed his old team to locals who wanted pokemon of their own or who needed help, keeping only his stalwart companion Idris with him to settle their new home. More recently, he has come to take charge of caring for a little Tropinana dubbed Michelle and a troublemaker of a Girafarig nicknamed Frith.

Personality: Softspoken yet blunt and socially inept, he can come across as aloof, harsh, or even intimidating. In truth, he is a gentle soul despite being quick to get agitated when things are out of their proper place. Has much higher patience with pokemon than with people. Embarrassed about his ear tufts and tail, and tries to ignore comments about them. Don't let his outfit fool you- his favorite color is actually purple.
