Decided to do something fun and join in a contest at Foxytales

The theme for this contest is revival and rebirth. My mind immediately thought about the cycles of life and death in nature, and in particular, agriculture. There is the sewing and reaping, generations of seed used, harvested and used again, land used of all nutrients, left to fallow and used again. Everything we do and how we live is governed by agricultural cycles of revival and rebirth.
