It's a speedpaint done in Photoshop that took me about 2 hours, lmao. I didn't really try for an hour though it was part of my ~*wishful thinking*~. Yes, I prefer PS as my speedpaint program. I kind of missed the way PS worked so I reverted back for this piece, which is one of two.

This is Takumi, my (not only real, ingame) Kingdra as a SEADRA gijinka. He's about level 29/age 17 in this picture; still looking for what his "style" is LMAO. Obviously... he... doesn't really have it down...
