Contest Prize for , who wanted a Jolteon. (wow its my first jolteon haha)Supposed to be a sketch, but since i took awhile to do, its more than just a sketch
Im starting to have a looser/ more relaxed style, which is good :'D
Idk about the pose but its supposed to be like a dog who wants to play
