Some backstory:

Zen was my brother and his wife's cat...he passed away some time ago. I really liked this cat mostly because he liked me...cats are a strange kind as everyone knows...most aren't the most out-going of companions...but I have noticed that once you announce that you're not a cat person, they instantly gravitate towards you...well,at least that's the way it's been in my case

Anyhow, this came out of a little sketch I did at work one day...the birds I re-drew/re-sized from a design I found somewhere online

I really enjoyed doing this...and luckily, the people I did it for loved it...I even made my sister (brother's wife) cry...I'm really happy they liked it.
