This is a very beautiful bird, The colors are vibrant. Is he a Peacock? anyway, I don't find it to be a very interesting photo personally. It is indeed a nice pose, but the subject placement is a bit boring. maybe try to use a more Rule of thirds style - [link] by placing the main subject, which is always the Eye if a living creature is the Subject, of to a not-so-centered area of the picture. However, I love the delicate feathering, it is really nice. I don't know how close you were able to get, but I would zoom to only the head feathering if it was me. But great capture!

I usually always place my subject off to the side which I did when I took this photo, but I cropped it to make the head feathers more of the focal point. I agree that the overall composition is weak and my weakest deviation of this bird, well second weakest haha. No, it is not a peacock, it is a Common-Crowned Pigeon. Thank you for your honesty. It is hard to find people who actually try to help others sometimes.

Is it also called the common crowned pigeon of did I confuse it with something else?

You might have confused it with the Western Crowned Pigeon (which is sometimes referred to as the Common Crowned Pigeon) as it looks very similar to the Victoria Crowned Pigeon. You can tell the difference by looking at the head feathers [link] [link]
