Because well, we can't have super heroines with big muscles, nu-uuuuuh!
Just seems to me Wonder Woman should be as big and thick and her two DC brothers, not a skinny, tiny little thing made to please the eye of men, when you think of her original background.

Nice! Yeah, I've always been bothered by the fact that female superheroes, even the ones who are supposed to have super strength and whatnot, still often looked like delicate little girls without any obvious muscle tone. But, I guess that tells you who the target audience was...
