Description Soviet Top-Secret Special Weapons Facility
Balknur, Kazakhstan, U.S.S.R.
August, 1953

A cold, heavy rain was falling just after midnight. It would be one as the last as the weeks ground down into winter, bringing with it the unrelenting snowstorms that had brought nothing but loss and defeat to both Napoleon and Hitler. The soldiers stationed outside the facility were on alert, brandishing their Kalashnikovs and keeping their guard dogs on a short leash. Something had been picked up on radar heading their direction. Already several MiG-15's had been deployed to intercept the object from the nearby airfield. Probably another American spy-plane trying to report something back to Washington. The Americans had become far more bold of late and it seemed that another global conflict was just on the horizon. First they had engaged North Korea under the command of General MacArthur only to be defeated there earlier in the year due to the material backing of both the Soviets and the Communist Chinese and the intervention of the Soviet Superwoman once it became apparent that President McCarthy was going to authorize a nuclear strike against either China or Korea. Then they had tried to assassinate the ruler of Iran in a coup d'état orchestrated by the CIA. Finally they had sent an assassin to kill Premiere Stalin himself only two months ago. The assassin had failed, but only just and only due to the fast action of Olga Yezhov. Comrade Stalin was still recovering and he was still not out of the woods. The body of the assassin, a super-soldier of the United States was being held at this very facility. While he possessed incredible speed, strength and stamina, it was nothing like what Olga had been given. It was his regenerative factor that the Soviet scientists and top brass wanted to discover the source of and exploit. An army of hyper-regenerative soldiers would be a scale-tipping advantage in the weeks to come.

The men continued to scan the skies uneasily, shielding their eyes from the pelting rain. An explosion in the air several yards away caused them all to squint and look in that direction. A few of the men cheered, assuming the MiG's had managed to destroy whatever the American's had attempted to take across their borders. Several assault rifles were raised in the air and a cheer came up from one of them. The soldiers watched for a moment more as one of the MiG's was heading back in their direction. They waved at it and watched as it cut through the air towards them. Hands lowered slowly as the men began to realize that something was wrong. The jet was flying in far too low and seemed to be heading right towards them. They began to yell and scatter as the snub-nosed plane slammed into the main building past the concrete walls and barbed-wire. It exploded in a shower of burning jet fuel and shrapnel, dousing several of the Soviet in the deadly mixture. Those that were still alive picked themselves up and watched the wreckage in disbelief. From above a figure descended through the rain and smoke to land in the courtyard. What spotlights that could all swiveled to shine down on her.

She was a woman of massive proportions, built like an amazon warrior of old with thick calves, washboard abs and massive breasts. Some of the men at first mistook her for their own Soviet Superwoman but this was quickly dismissed. The muscular woman was wearing the colors of the United States, red, white and blue with several white star practically glowing in the night air. It reminded them of the uniform the man, the assassin, they had in the laboratory was wearing when he was brought in. She had long blonde hair and a bundle in her right hand that she tossed to the ground under an entrance-way and out of the rain. The titanic woman took a few steps toward the guards, her boots splashing in the thick mud. The men raised their weapons and began to shout at her in Russian to halt. The woman continued to walk on, a smirk crossing her face.

"Sorry, but I don't speak animal." she said in her thick Georgian accent, knowing they couldn't understand her either.

The chatter of dozens of fully automatic assault rifles filled the night. The deadly hail of bullets merely bounced off her hard body, failing harmlessly all around her. The dogs were released and rushed at her as well. Jane Smith grabbed the two dogs and flung them over her shoulders behind her, tossing them several hundred feet up into the air. They yelped as they sailed behind her and over the wall. The gunfire continued to pour into her. A few of the guards, seeing the futility, broke and ran away from her managing to escape for the moment. Those that stayed were not so lucky. The newly christened American Hero grabbed the nearest soldier and snapped his spine over her knees, shattering his ribcage in the process. She threw the dying man into a brick wall as she rushed forward and punched her fist through the chest of another one. Panic set in and the men began to scream and rush in all directions. Jane ripped loose a piece of the flaming MiG and threw the jagged piece of sizzling metal through the two Russians nearest to her, splitting them in half. Jane moved from soldier to soldier, killing them all with her bare hands. Nothing they could throw at her could stop her: grenades, gunfire, knives. They might as well have been using rocks and sticks against someone with her invulnerability. Her orders were to make sure that there were no survivors and that would have been the case regardless. These men were responsible for the desecration of her father, John Smith. The greatest American patriot that had ever lived. All that remained now were a few scientists and political officers inside the facility and whatever remained of their guard. There would be no mercy for them tonight.

After the final few survivors were rounded up and butchered, a strange sort of calm and silence fell on the camp. The sound of the rain falling and the dying fires of the plane she had tossed were all the remained. The blood rinsed off her bodysuit as she made her way back over to the parcel she had dropped. It was an American flag, one she planned on using to drape over her father's body as she took him from this hellish place. Savages! Mongrels! She had personally hoped that their Superwoman would be here or have arrived, but it didn't look like that was going to happen. Another time. She would have her revenge on the woman who had taken her father away from her. John Smith had given the best to her: the best schools, the best teachers, the best training and when the time came he gave her powers beyond reason. Powers even greater than his own. Powers she would use to stomp the life out of that Soviet cunt that had murdered him. She reached down and picked the flag up, letting the rain strip the mud and blood away from it. He would be laid to rest in Arlington and not used for anymore experiments or autopsies. America owed him that much for the blood and sacrifice he had lain on the alter of freedom.

Jane walked towards the solid-steel door that led down into the heart of the facility and kicked it off it's hinges and down the steps with one sweep of her toned leg. The guards at the bottom were pinned underneath it and then crushed like grain under a millstone when she leapt down on top of it. The massive woman shifted her weight in both direction to make sure they were all pulped before stepping off it into the hallway. The faux-blonde chuckled as she made her way into the lab area through the flowing rivulets of crimson.

She wondered what gods these Commies prayed to.

Nice story.
I believe the proper nickname for Jane's Smith as American Hero is American Reaper or American Slayer. After such brutal slaughter that she did to those poor Russians soldiers. Which, who knows how many of them had families.
Besides, John Smith's fate was well deserved it for all the atrocities he did. Because, her father not only invaded in a foreign country and killed inhumanly so many innocent lives but attempted to assassinate their leader, resulting in the 3rd World War.

PS: I simply wonder. I never seen a confrontation between American Hero and Ultrawoman. Ιf Jane Smith met and fought Ultrawoman who would won?

No Ultrawoman never fought Jane but I imagine Ultrawoman would win given her Velorian strength and invulnerability.

Jane has been trying her best to repent for her bloody past, with mixed results at times. Still, she's a great deal less bloodthirsty and revenge-driven since she made peace with her father's suicide.

From the comments it seems she's a major player in later stories. I look forward to the confrontation with Olga---and...oooh, I'll be up to that part soon it seems.

Solid costume. Very solid design. Only thing is, are the glowing parts supposed to be green? Shouldn't that be the "white" that is described as part of her uniform in the text?

I know the fluid pumped into her was green, so maybe that's what that is?

They are white, I think the lighting the artist used is giving them a greenish hue.

Love the vibrant colors and detailing in this. This rendition of your American Hero is simply sexy, powerful, and mind-blowing. I love the costume texturing and how form fitting it is. I do love the muscle definition as well as the breasts, but the face and hair work is simply gorgeous.
I love her

Ahhh, the first Jane Smith flashback.

She seems to be the perfect "heroine" for the government of the US in this reality, the two are in perfect sync.

Great image and great story. It's just the right length to give us a glimpse of the blood-red spectacles Jane sees the World through. Also, I wonder if she views the people of our dimension (Angel Falls) as being real and worthy of any respect, since we're not from her dimension and can be considered alien, no matter how closely we resemble Humanity.

Wow after reading this,I now have a better understanding of Jane. She really isn`t psychotic at all. In 1953 in her dimension she came in and retreived her dead father from a Russian lab which is completely understandable.
She wants revenge on Olga and would`ve confornted her however something else happened. Olga,Ilsa and Jane were thrown to OUR dimension.
I think the years between our dimensions kind of made Jane more confused than Olga and Ilsa but the only thing that is still in her mind is getting back at Olga. It`s what drives her now.
Thank you very much for this chapter my Dear1 it is great as always!

Like I said to Zzz, the picture of her with the American flag at her feet is a very telling clue about her personality…

Beautiful picture of one striking woman, and as always, you pack a lot of action into a short space.

She’s no Bill Ayers, but still! This might be a good story for Smith to tell Connie when they meet, as long as she leaves out the part about the flag.

I just glanced at your story and realized how short it truly was; had I been telling it, it would have ballooned into a three-part saga and lost all its impact. You really do have talent.

Soviet-Superwoman In reply to JamesE82 [2011-05-20 21:39:34 +0000 UTC]

Well she just didn't want to get it all blood-stained and ripped...

I'm relived you think so...I thought this one was too short, but then I realized it was longer than the original American Hero flashback story. I also felt like it got across everything I needed to without delving into a blood-bath.

Well in truth, no-one knew about Jane's massacre of the isolated scientific facility for several hours after the fact. Olga, seeing him as a father figure and being fiercely protective didn't want to be too far away (and yes she thought they might try again).
