What do you say about trying to add a little heavier shadows on the cheeks and the forhead, so the figure seems to be some more 3d.
And darken he's eyes. I guess they weren't that light?

Thanks for the advice i appreciate it lol, i didnt really get to finish but shading and value is something i have trouble with lol. And yea, he had blue eyes.

When you do the shades, try to close your eyes a bit and se where's darker. Don't be afraid to make it too dark. As an artist you should never ever be afraid of trying new things. But you've got potential, you have good outlines and good colourings, but dare put on some more black
