You can buy pink/blue insulation foam from any hardware store like Lowes or Home Depot.

Thats what its called i went today and i couldn't find any.

It's normally in/by the lumber section with the wall insulation. They are huge sheets, 4 feet by 8 feet and cost about $12 a sheet.
