Description I'd recently just bought a set of Nails Inc nail varnishes so I wanted to try some of them out. Here I used Nails Inc Porchester Square and sponged the neon Portobello over it.

I paint the base colour on and then let it dry. Then I just use a small sponge I have to sponge on the neon colour. I find it easier to paint the colour on to a glass board I work on rather than paint directly onto the sponge. Then I stamped some pattern on and used the sponging technique again but this time with the base colour.
