Yes! I think the major spin of BBC version is not that all modern gizmo, but the relationship between Holmes brothers.. well, they probably had a sibling rivalry in canon, too. But I always thought Holmes was actually proud of his brother.And we all know he sometimes visit his brother to discuss some difficult problems. ANYWAY..that's just my opinion, and because of that, this comic got really sweeter, more than I intended to.

Haha. It's okay for them to have some problems. But it didn't feel as if they had so much trouble in the canon with eachother than it is in the BBC version. I cannot remember any bad words about eachother spoken in the canon. All the "problems" have been added in different pastiches... As you said, Holmes often goes to see Mycroft to ask for advice! And Mycroft did forwards important cases to Sherlock as he has great confidence in his brothers abilities. I think they are old enough now to see over the little problems they had in the past.

Exactly. I sometimes do imagine them fight over something tedious-mostly the younger starts it first- like any other brothers do, but it always ends well. And I'm sure Mycroft was the best friend Holmes had ever got, before he met Watson.
ah...well, that doesn't mean I don't like Holmes brothers of BBC version. I LOVE them. I just want to let people know that Holmes brothers in canon are quite close.
