Casandra is a skunk and yes, she does wear a tie.
Why is a female skunk wearing a tie?

Quite frankly, I don't know. I thought it would be kind of cool, especially if I claimed it was some sort of odd, mismatched homage to Shaun of Dead. Of course, that would also require a white shirt and possibly a cricket bat (or other blunt object), and all I have is a skunk with a red tie.

Her back and tail have a nice white stripe going down them. I should probably upload a picture of her back, too
