Well I sketch everything first with a 2H because its easy to erase and light lines that I can ink over. I use micon pens of different sizes then scan it to photoshop. All screen tones are real traditional ones I scanned in as well and just use them as layers to finish the pages. I picked the tones up from my local comic shop.
