Ok, well for the Black Queen I need a woman of Elegance and protective. She is the queen of Spades. She loves black furs, and gothic dresses. She wants to save her younger sister from a dreadful fate, so she risks herself, and her kingdom to break the rules of the "game". Theme is dimensional portals, panther, and wonderland
The Red prince is a ditzy, clumsy boy. He is kind, and loathes his mother for her selfish ways. He runs an underground revolution against her. During the day/ around his mother he is cruel and a brat, but when he is away from her, he is kind and daring. He is the prince of hearts, so his theme is Jack of hearts, dessert rose, and chains.

Hey, forgot to post after the holidays, sorry - but here!
I tried about 800 different designs, which is a big part of why this took so long-- this was the only one i could make work halfdecently
It was hard to portray "elegant and protective" on this tiny base, but I did my best. The design is heavily based on Spades (dress, sleeves, crown, even hair). The "wonderland" theme and her liking of gothic dresses were the biggest influences, and I included black fur as well (though it looks more grey here because I had to differentiate it from the black dress). The only "panther" thing I could incorporate was part of the hairstyle resembling cat ears and I had absolutely no idea how to use "dimensional portals". I tried using blue, purple and aqua shades to reference that, but it REALLY did not look good.
