Description This is a etching in copper done in preC Ringling
for the prompt
"where"
Left very open to interpretation so I let loose and had some fun. It always made me so hungry- the smell of the inks- as they smell like red bean paste and being at the preC program meant that you ate cafeteria food for a month (I was just happy to eat meat [if that was eat] #1 and to eat everyday #2 so I was actually happy)
I wish I had more clear memories of the print shop but I had breathing issues and things got a little fuzzy for a while.

overall good times so this piece is more of a WOOT 1st printmaking class ever and 1st etching ever feeling and also fun memories are wrapped up in it
... like getting your feathers ruffled by Patric (a college version Seidell) and the community cheeseburger

Yeah, does it ever! Luckily I had a great teacher who was excruciatingly patient with me otherwise it might not have turned out so well

did you write something secret in the tree?
you have a tendency to do that and it LOOKS like there should be something there.

^_^ Thanks! (but the funny thing is I was unsure if I put enough detail into it- I reached a point where I couldn't take it anymore)

Thank you!
When I was younger I would sit up in the tree to avoid other kids and draw leaves (nothing else to do ) it paid off eventually o___O?

O_o omg... Nichole-oli...
I think... that this is my favorite piece you have done. That makes me distraught that I wasn't there to see you produce such magnificence.
Like the colors.. are SO great! and the cross hatching (one of my fav, drawing styles) is to die for..
and there's so much damn detail. I think .. no.. I'm like 00% sure that you have surpassed me in you art now
This piece is really like... one of those that people are like DAYUM! I'm going to molest this girl till I rid her of all her art talent.. or just stand next to her like a stalker and purchase all her art babies *laughs evilly*
the shading.. again is amazing how'd you do it?
its is a watercolor wash?
seriously RIGHT NAOW!
the picture kinda reminds me of a morbid more Nichole-oli giving tree..
like this looks like a novel illustration and makes me love it SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much D: *rapes image with love*
