Description
This was an RPG character I made(The first I might add). She is an Eastern\Western dragon hybrid whose normal breath weapon is a cloud of fog, but also has a magically enhanced breath weapon of fog with sharp ice shards and hailstones. She has seven fingers, two of them thumbs and can stand upright or walk on all fours. Her wings are modeled after the medieval-style dragon wings instead of bat wings. I know the scales are a little inconsistent, one row being rounded and another row being angled. At first it was an accident, but then I thought that it might make sense becasue eastern dragons have round scales and western dragons have angled scales, so if she is a hybrid, then wouldn't she have a bit of both? The circular scales were intentional and reserved for areas of high flexibility, since many reptiles have both "tiled" scales and overlapping scales. It took me hours to do those scales, and I think I got something similar to Carpal Tunnel Sydrome doing this. Don't worry about some messy lines and the picture being to blurry, this lineart hasn't been refined much yet.

Oh, and I am aware of the claws being on the wrong sides of the feet.
