I liked the Neptunian Body Building ad in that magazine, and wanted to try to make it look more eye-catching. The ad itself was just a small black-and-white picture of a Neptunian bodybuilder. To spice it up, I drew him a lot bigger and colored him. Not only that, I drew the planet Neptune behind him along with a purple background with stars.

I don't know how many hours I worked on this, but I can say it was a lot. I don't know what was harder: drawing the anatomy or coloring Neptune. I used a picture of Neptune from the show as a reference; it had a complicated pattern with five different shades of blue ranging from pale to dark.

If there's one thing I'm disappointed in, it's the way the skin turned out. It looks like it's the right shade in some places but it's too dark in others.
