Mercenary Mad Cat MK II from the famous Kell hounds.A real classic from Mechwarrior 4. I loved this assault mech more than any other. The speed, the weapons and the maneuverability with those jumps jets. No other assault comes close to its great overall performance. Just like its smaller sibling the Mad Cat. The MK II is a feared enemy to the best 100-ton mechs.

So, did they salvage the design or did they buy it from the Diamond Sharks.
But, yes, this mobile 90-ton killing machine is very dangerous and does an effective job of continuing the lethal legacy of its predecessor.
