I decided to switch to photoshop when it comes to digital art. So I had to practice a little, and play around with new brushes to really feel them. So I did, and in result I made a digital painting of Brightheart from WarriorCast.
What do you think?

I wanted to play with that broken part of her face, with all the wrongly-healed flesh and misplased muscles... Many people draw her just hairless and missing an eye, but I thought that if cats are horryfied just looking at her it should be something more drastic. The point is not that "her scars are beautiful" or that "she is beautiful despite her scars". It's about that she used to be beautiful, but still is to Cloudtail, even with hedious face, because her beauty comes from her HEART. Because he LOVES HER.
So the effect should be shocking... I guess.
Here her face is still healing a bit after the attack.
