Ugh , finally.After seeing tutorials on how to make fine OCs , I guess that's something good.
Decided to have some rest from the custom I was making , I felt inspire-less for what the customer wanted.
Now , let's see the additions :
-A new , fine looking cutie mark. It finally makes sense.
-A new long mane style.
-A Traditional Unicorn tail , I HATE drawing tails. In addition I already had a hard time making it.
Obstacles :
-I had to change the style of her tail , after I already did draw her one.
-My computer shut down without warning during the progress. Thank God I did save some of the work before it did.
-I've had a hard time with the cutie mark.
Name: Diamond Clarity.
Nickname: Clarity , D.
Race: Unicorn.
Age: 20.
Gender: Mare.
Relationship status: Single.
Special somepony: -
Cutie Mark: A necklace made of pearls , with a diamond in the middle.
Abilites:
• Because of her love to jewels and gems (Especially diamonds , of course) , she was able to make great accessories sold mainly in Canterlot. And she still makes them until now.
• Due to the fact she cuts her own Diamonds , her magic is stronger than that of original unicorns'.

Personality:
Diamond is a very nice , polite mare when there's nothing bugging her. A hard working one , as she believes in the sentence "No pain , no gain". Sadly because of the strength of her magic , she can't control it when she's angry or nervous. Usually she gets angry when somepony freaks her out while working , she might be working with a valuable gem. In addition she actually doesn't get over anything easily. She cares for not a thing other than helping others , and fulfilling what they order. Also , she cares for her family more than ponies could think she does.
Friends:
Diamond has a nice , lovable nature. Helping her get about 4 close friends : Enchanted Hope , Rainbow Blossom , Wonder , and Sweet Dreams.

Bio: As she was born in Ponyville. Diamond lived happily. Her family had no financial problems. So she lived safely and was raised as a polite mare.
One day , she and her family passed by a jewelry store. Diamond was amazed with all the accessories and jewelry she saw there. Since that day , she was set on running a jewelry store. Her passion for gems and jewels grew day by day. Her parents were pleased seeing so , they started buying her little beads and made sure she has everything she needs. She was really creative. Diamond started becoming popular at her school for the accessories she made.
Later on , when she was older , she was sent to a little jewelry store near her house. The shopkeeper welcomed her warmly. Diamond started making great accessories based off those she made with beads , the shop was famous because of her accessories. Until she once woke up to find out her Cutie Mark had appeared.
Finally having her Cutie Mark and proving that's her talent , she now started taking a part of the money for the accessories she made.
Having her business grow , she met a pegasus named Enchanted Hope , they were close friends that Diamond made her a necklace of pearls. Later on , Hope left Ponyville going to Canterlot. They still wrote to each other.
Soon , Diamond went to Canterlot to run her own jewelry store. She and Hope were reunited again. They were happy to see each other again.
So , after a month or two , Hope introduced Diamond to her three other friends : Rainbow Blossom , Wonder , and Sweet Dreams. Now they're five happy friends. Loyal to each other.

Thank you for asking me to critique her. It's no trouble at all~
First off, I think you might want to consider giving her a second name. Off the top of my head I'd say maybe Diamond Clarity, Diamond Glitz, Diamond Jubilee, something like that. She doesn't have to go by the second name all the time, It's just pretty rare for ponies to have a name less than 3 syllables. Same goes for her friend Opal.
I like her backstory a lot, it suits her. It's relatively simple but also relatable and fits canon. She just needs a little more personality info. Does she work too much? Is she troubled by the times she accidentally hurts others? What causes her to get mad? What is most important to her in life? Make sure to have both positive and negative traits.
Also, I might recommend that instead of an accident that makes her magic stronger than usual, her magic is powerful because of her special talent. She cuts her own diamonds (which means her magic is very strong), and that requires a lot of power and concentration, but when not concentrating this power can get out of control.
Her design is very lovely overall and I love her mane style.
I'm not the biggest fan of traditional unicorns simply because we haven't seen any in canon yet, but I don't have a problem with hem either. To me she could easily be a normal unicorn, but that's more personal preference than anything else.
Another thing I might change is her green pupils and lashes. I would only color pupils for a reason, like if she was blind. That's just another personal preference thing though.
Her cutie mark is hard to see against her coat. I think you should outline it with a light blue or maybe add some sparkles, to make sure we can see it. I would also make the pearls a bit more flowing, like the necklace was put down on a table.
The black green color scheme is sadly pretty overused, as seen here x-melancholy-x.deviantart.com/… , But it's pretty easy to keep Diamond from looking too much like these guys. I would make her mane a touch lighter and the green more pastel, and add light blue (or another complementing pastel) to her design, perhaps as her bow or another streak, and that blue would then tie in to the cutie mark (assuming you add the outline to it).

First , I'm happy that I caused you no trouble.
For the name , yes. I totally agree with you , since I first ever designed her , I never felt that "Diamond" Alone would be good , but I'm always out of ideas. Making it a problem for me. Though , I guess I'll go with Diamond Clarity.
The back story , I wonder how long that took me. Hm..Yeah , it sure looks simple , as much as it seems like it's because I'm new to putting up info. about my OCs. I still feel like blaming myself for not putting much info. Of course , both traits will be added.
Again , I totally felt like that reason her magic is a bit more powerful isn't suitable. At the same time , I felt like that exact pony should have this trait. Thanks for pointing that out.

Don't feel bad. I see where you were going with the backstory and I didn't mean simple as in bad. Many people end up making them too complex and incoherent, while hers works really well. Her personality just needs to be fleshed out a bit. You did a good job, don't blame yourself.
I could try and come up with a tail design if you'd like.
