Bit of a self-portrait on this one. It's based on a walk I took recently through some very pretty prairie in a local park. It was the first really cool day-- 70 instead of 90's, and pretty windy. You could feel the end of summer in the air, a little bittersweet. I thought it was worth capturing in paint.8x6", Watercolor and ink on paper.
