"Tonight, I dine on turtle soup!"I fucking, and I mean I FUCKING LOVE the Ninja Turtles. And Shredder is one of my all time favorite villains. The man is a menace and he's never boring. I love him, so I had to do something to honor him. I dunno why I suddenly felt the urge to do this piece, but I wanted to put my own spin on his look and create something I'd be proud of. So here he is!!
