This is an amazing drawing. The style of the character, the shading the creator used, and the cuteness of this character is unbearable. The colors are a great combination too, it's kinda like a cotton candy color (Pink/Blue). The pose also makes the character look cute, and I'm really surprised on how the creator drew the hair. It look amazingly fabulous! What tops it all off is that she's a neko. Now in my personal opinion, i LOVE nekos. Their really cute and amazing to draw. This drawing sums it all up on why i hove the drawings of nekos.
Whoever created this drawing should draw like this more often. ^u^

Now I can also comment that I loved the purple tones in the hair and the soft airbrush on her leg!   
Also the blues you used to her teal sweater are pretty, I love blue x)

And again, the eyes are done very well, I loved the shading on it! *U*
