These small canvases have been really fun to paint. On this one I also used a Marabu Aqua pen to outline her. I think I like the look of the Micron outline better. I have to disagree with you on the outline. I think I actually prefer this to the Micron outline. Granted, the Micron outline looks very sharp from what I saw of your recent drawings. I guess that is very good for highlighting details.
This Marabu Aqua pen (I guess water based coloured pen?) has less sharp lines. In many places they actually merge with the shading so it makes the model less sharp, but also makes the colours really stand out. It's almost like the unicorn has a glowing aura if you ask me. Maybe it's just the colour itself. The pink really manages to stand out and kinda shine in a way.
I don't know, you're the expert, I just observe and describe what I see.
