Will probably be finished in the next week or so during class
This is what I get when I combine two of my favorite cartoons, too much time studying, and too much caffeine. The fun part is there are little sketches of all 4 tmnts as ponies dancing across my pathology notebook this week ^_^ (I don't own TNMT or MLP, I'm just a fan nut (der or I'd be rich))

I looked at the other TMNPony. It's funny that they're all green except for their cutie marks and their look. I must say you got Raph's eyes captured in this one ^^

Looks like you need to be a little more confident with drawing curves; they're a bit shaky in places.
Also, for hair, I'd say a few more lines coming off would stop it looking too spikey/blocky. I like how you've coloured it though.
Also, some outlines of buildings in the background would make a vast improvement.
