so when Rex and Ben have Ethan, a few years after Ken is born from Kai Greene's and Ben's one night stand, Ken despises Ethan because he feels like Rex replaced his mother and feels like Ethan isn't his brother since he was born from two guys and Ethan and him dont even look similar, so he acts extremely bratty to Ethan and yells at him to leave him alone and he often gets yelled at by both Ben and Rex(altho its more Rex than Ben). As they both get older, Ethan gets more clingy to Ken and Ken starts to lighten up on Rex and Ethan but he still doesn't like them until he realizes his mom was the one who broke up with Ben and her harassing Ethan and Rex made him change his mind and he despises his mom for her actions but he still loves her(i mean im sure kids love their parents no matter what lol). Ken becomes highly protective of his little half-brother and will do anything to keep him safe, especially from his own mother if it's needed. Ethan acts clingy to Ken and mostly sticks by his side and acts very affectionate which often gets him teased by other kids at his school. Ken also tends to tease his little half-brother, like when Ken realizes Ethan has a crush on Josh, he teases him about it or Ethan is highly gullible and pretty much listens to whatever Ken tells him.

btw the word "Hermanastros" means "Half-Brothers" in Spanish :3
