Suni and Luni are the titular characters of an old TV show written and directed by Carolyn Littlemore. The series follows two young girls named Suni and Luni, who live in a small house in an open field. They would go on episodic adventures that have a certain moral or topic in them that children could learn from. The TV show would run from 1997 to 2004.

Suni is a happy-go-lucky girl who loves to go on adventures during the daytime with her best friend Luni. She's very energetic and enthusiastic with everyone she meets and would help the best she can to help someone do or say the right thing.

Luni is a very sleepy girl who loves to take naps with her pillow who she names Mr. Pillow. She can be a little lazy and sleepy at times, but she is a kindhearted person who wants to teach kids that sleep is important during the nighttime and they need to sleep so they can wake up in a better light.

As the two characters may be opposites, they both have a sibling relationship and would help each other with situations that seem to be solved by a simple lesson. But in the end, the two would always have a good night's sleep in their pillow fort once they talked about their day just to end the episode altogether.

The creator of the show, Carolyn Littlemore, was inspired by her granddaughters whom she takes care of every Saturday and Sunday, and she would treat her inspiration like they were her granddaughters. She shows love to both and treats them equally after all.

There were plans to reboot the series for an older audience, but Carolyn did not approve of this and said that it was just rumors and not the truth. Until then, the series was discontinued, except for the merchandise that came with the show.

Fans of the show loved the series as a whole and it was a shame that they had to end it. Frankly, most of the community was understanding while a few gave threats to continue the show. It was madness over a kid's TV show, but it eventually died out years later with no news of any rival for the series.

So if any fans have copies of episodes that are from Suni and Luni, it is yours to keep and keep forever.
