Description "I'm just trying to prove that maybe, just maybe, I can do more than what I was built for..." -Dusty Crophopper

I started this sketch dump right after the first time I saw Disney's PlanesΒ  - which means LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG LONG AGO, geez... and I didn't manage to finish it until now, after like 6 months. Lol

Anyway yeah I must have a humanisation fetish of some sort?? It's just that I need to do it for every single character I find interesting...... But this was fun to do, I absolutely love Dusty and can identify with him at some level. I also am obsessed with planes in general so it wasn't hard for me to get excited about the movie either, haha!
I wanted to draw human Dusty with some of his friends (as humans, too). Personally my favourite character is Rochelle but since she wasn't, in fact, interacting with Dusty at any point I left her out, awΒ  (also because of her variable nationality it was easier to not humanise her at all).

And wow, yeah, well games usually give me a lot of inspiration when designing stuff...those characters usually have very cool outfits and all, and I just love drawing stuff like that Tbh Dusty is such a clichΓ© protagonist it's not any wonder he looks like one even when being turned into a different form lol
