Hi,
If you're using 3dsMax, then go to the material editor, turn the diffuse as black, put the png diffuse texture of Leon's hair in the diffuse slot and in the opacity slot, click in the opacity slot, check Alpha in the Mono Channel Output and uncheck Premultiplied Alpha.
I don't know for others 3D rendering programs.
