I think that Mellowpaw would be like an uncle or big brother to the kits, since he never had any siblings or real family.
He is surprisingly good at handling young kits.

Btw what will become of Goldenberry's kits? They are obviously gonna live in DawnClan, but will you host a try-out for them? Or are they going to be NPC's? Will they know who their mother is? Their father?
