Description
I don't know how many NPCs are going to appear (not counting the ones appearing in the I.M), but oh well. Big stories mean a lot of characters, I guess.

The pirates here are known as the "Twin axes" because of the two ships that were moving together during piracy. They were spotted mostly in the eastern sea between the tabiran continent and Savitaran. Although they never reached the savitaran mainland, some of the scattered islands between the two land masses were the targets. Their sucesses were modest, as they were only attacking ships or coastal towns that had a moderate defense tops, and the two captains were somewhat strict in what they could take and what was purely trash that would only takes space.

In the weeks prior of the attack to Tabira, they had a case of increasing bad luck, reaching critical conditions for even their basic needs. So when the invitation of Trench to join him and Josephine to raid the city, they were in no position to refuse. The two captains were skeptics that the most dangerous captain known in Glory's peak and a rogue admiral would take the lead; but then again, they needed supplies desperately and coordination would be essencial, now that they heard that the bandits were helping them.

What they didn't expect was that Trench planned to betray Josephine and part of the pirates he called to "help" her, expecting them to be imprisoned or executed by the tabirans as he took the supplies, turning his back to the bandits as well. In the middle of the battle, the admiral revealed his true colors and attack them and tabirans without distintion. In an act of sacrifice, one of the captains lost his life against the staraptor's wings protecting Alex and Zack, leaving his crew demoralized.

However, with the accomplishment of Alex's promise to bring back both Terra and Han alive, their perception of them changed as they joined them with the surviving pirates against the admiral's forces, escorting the prison ship back to the docks. Now that the staraptor's forces are increasing in strength and numbers, they willingly decided to help the savitaran group and be their only fleet in the western sea with the ships previously captured. With the help of Ivanna, who is pulling some strings for them, their supply problem was solved. Bartlett has nickamed them during the patrol mission: the resistance's corsairs.

Move set: Hydro pump, Slash, Dive, Fury cutter
Ability: Torrent.
Description: One of the two captains of the "Twin axes", this samurott has lived all of her life on a ship. She's quite meticulous in what refers to piracy. With the other captain, the haxorus Dan, they developed some strategies to avoid patrols as they were making sure that their entire crews could pull out alive. So far, they only have injuried, but never a casualty. Now, with revenge clear in her mind, she didn't even hesitate to help the savitaran group to fight back Trench and she hopes to return the pain and humilliation he inflicted to all of them.

Even if she with the new captain, William, were now in charge of their naval force, they wouldn't mind to have Alex, Zack or Jack giving them orders, knowing that they earned their trust and if Dan was right, they would lead them after discussing their moves carefully.

Most of the time she walks in four paws. Only in meetings or in battle you could see her in her rear paws, straigthened.

Currently she has one son, a oshawott, in the daycare, thanks to Zack's help.

2) William

Species: Scrafty
Sex: Male
Age: 26
Move set: Focus Blast, Dragon Claw (using two dual knifes attached to gloves), Dagon tail, Smack down
Ability: Shed skin
Description: The old second in command of the haxorus captain, this sailor has a lot of experience accumulated over the years. Being the only one who knew some basic healing with what the sea could provide them, he was also trained by Dan to be the one that could replace him when the dragon had to go on its own, waiting for his crew acording to their plans. Now, he was assigned by the decision of the crew that he should be the captain. At first, he was hesistant to take the lead, but when Wendy was conditionaly freed, she reaffirmed that even Dan would approve the idea, so with no more arguments, he assumed his position.

With the actions of the foxes, he said that he wouldn't have any problems if they need his ship for transport, being the one now in the docks at their dispossal. He's not sure how Ivanna plans to make the Algeen give them free movement, but after seeing her toughness and her attitude towards the tabiran leaders, he could only guess what would happen when she meets with the algeen mayor, uninvited.

He wears a black jacket as well as the rest of the crew of his ship. The son of his previos captain, the axew Han, is in the daycare as well, thanks to Zack.
