Here is a group of screenshots of the bad Chantry Templars that we see in Dragon Age 2

Knight-Commander Meredith Stannard the Leader of the Templars of Kirkwall. Meredith barely trusts Mages in Circle of Magi, and she thinks all Mages outside of the Circle use Blood Magic. But her paranoia thinking that there are Blood Mages are within Circle is growing out of contal. The reason for stronger paranoia in because is explain at the end of Dragon Age 2.

Ser Karras is a Chantry Templar serving in Kirkwall. He is known for his strong anti-Mage views and for abusing his charges. And he almost as ruthless as Knight-Commander Meredith Stannard.

Ser Varnell is a Chantry Templar serving in Kirkwall. While his views against the Mages is unknown, Varnell is extremely hostile to the Qunari and is one of several individuals in Kirkwall actively working to incite tension between the Qunari and the population of the city.

Ser Otto Alrik is a Chantry Templar serving in Kirkwall. He is known for his strong anti-Mage views and wants to make all Mages Tranquil and is simply looking for the right excuses to justify it. He came up with a plan call "The Tranquil Solution." A deliberate plan to turn all mages in Thedas into Tranquil, even those that pass their Harrowing, which is against Chantry law. But both Knight-Commander Meredith Stannard and the Divine refused his idea. (The Divine was either Divine Beatrix III and/or Divine Justinia V.)

Ser Mettin is a Chantry Templar serving in Kirkwall. He is known for his strong anti-Mage views, but he also wants to kill the friends and family assisting the Mages.
