After the Lone Wanderer meets Sierra Petrovita, she shows off her Nuka-Cola collection and tell the is history of Nuka-Cola.Here is an antique Nuka-Cola refrigerator. After the tour she will give the Lone Wanderer an ice-cold Nuka-Cola and asks him to gather 30 Nuka-Cola Quantums for her refrigerator and she will pay 40 bottle caps per bottle.
Note: Sierra is the only person known to be addicted to Nuka-Cola Quantum in Fallout 3.
