Description
Here is a screenshot of my Fallout 76 OC in Excavator Power Armor with the Garrahan Extractor Paint. I bought the paint job from the Atom Shop.

The EXC-17 Excavator Suit, more commonly known as the Excavator Class Power Armor, was developed by Garrahan Mining before to the Great War in collaboration with West Tek. It was designed to protect miners from rockfalls and airborne contaminants while increasing the speed at which they could work. Despite Garrahan's heavy advertising, the unit never entered full production and only five suits were known to have been made.

Created under the EX-17 Excavator Project, the suit not only borrowed elements of the T-45 Power Armor but was also spearheaded by a member of the T-45 development team, Harold Frost. The suit's parts were cast in Black Titanium to increase durability. (I learned this from a Fallout website.)
