Here is a group of screenshots of four of the members of the Lombardi Family, also known as the Acee Mafia. Don Quentino Lombardi, Concerta Lombardi, Antonio Russo (He now a former member of the Mafia.), and Fabio Mondadori.

Quentino and Concerta's family grow up in a small village called small village near Naples in Italy, and moved to America with their parents when Concerta was about ten years old. She does not miss her homeland, preferring to live in the present.

She worked with her brother, Quentino, to establish the Acee Mafia. While officially it was Quentino who organized Italian immigrants in Atlantic City's neighborhood and established the Lombardi Family, Concerta was the true mastermind, the Shadow Leader, behind its power and prominence. The impulsive, temperamental Quentino was driven by vice and whim, forcing Concerta to be the decisive, tactical voice of reason as a simple matter of self-preservation. While she looked out for herself, her decisions were made with the best interests of her brother in mind, if only to keep him as a figurehead.

But their upbringing from Naples played a crucial role, as Quentino set the Family in a strictly traditional way. Quentino budged only slightly after the Great War, by loosening the strict standards into the ranks of the Family. Where once only Italians were allowed to join, recruitment became more open to maintain the necessary numbers. But unlike the other two groups in Atlantic City, Lombardi Family won't let women join, Concerta Lombardi being the only exception. Unkown to Quentino this also cause friction between Antonio Russo, and his daughter, Abbie Russo.

Antonio Russo was groomed by Quentino to be his heir and the next godfather, due to their shared past, and the fact that Quentino had no children of his own. However, after her brother died in the year 2105, she refused to announce his death, Concerta quietly disposed of her brother's body and spun a story how her brother became too weak to make public appearances, using her as a go-between. With this idea she starts easing the Lombardi Family into breaking with "tradition" and accepting a new, female ruler. However, first, she had to get rid of the designated heir, Antonio Russo and his family. But they left for Appalachia before she was able to do that.

And now she has another problem, she learns that Fabio Mondadori has realized that Quentino may be dead, and Fabio represents the single greatest threat to both her and the family, as he is a liar and the opportunist, caring only for power and wealth. (Meaning the Lombardi Family, aka the Acee Mafia, won't last long under his leadership.) (This next part I learn on a Fallout website.) And worse yet, Mayor Timothy Lane, who is also the head of the city's municipal government, they are called Munis for short, has pieced together the facts and realized that Quentino has died and the Lombardis are weak, authorizing Buttercup and his IRS to aggressively collect outstanding dues. To hide the expenses going to sustain her brother, Concerta hired Billy Beltbuckles as bookkeeper, who has done an excellent job reducing expenses through more or less illicit means, as much due to talent as to the fact that Concerta terrifies him.
