Jar Jar Binks is one of those strange charters in Star Wars, adults hate him, kids love him. And I know some people will disagree with me on this, but in my opinion Jar Jar Binks is not the worst thing in the Prequel Trilogy. Yes, he is annoying but at least he funny.
In the movie Jar Jar Binks was portrayed by Ahmed Best.
