As Cal Kestis was making his way to the escape pods, he lost his Lightsaber, he made it to the escape pods just as his Jedi Master, Jaro Tapal arrived. But before they could get into the escape pod more Clone Troopers showed up. Tapal was badly wounded, his Double-Bladed Lightsaber was damage but still usable, and Cal was cut on his jaw.
