Description After the battle at the fortified town of Hearthglen in the Kingdom of Lordaeron was over Lord Uther the Lightbringer tried to talk with Prince Arthas Menethil, but Prince Arthas horrified, humiliated, and disturbed by his near-defeat, and now wants to go after the leader the Dreadlord Mal'Ganis. And leaves for the city of Stratholme an not long after Jaina Proudmoore followed him.

Prince Arthas: "Light, give me strength!" Then suddenly, a contingent of Knights arrive and begin fighting off the Scourge.

Uther the Lightbringer: I'm surprised that you kept things together as long as you did, lad. If I hadn't arrived just then--

Prince Arthas: Look, I did the best I could, Uther! If I'd had a legion of knights riding at my back, I would've--

Uther the Lightbringer: Now is not the time to be choking on pride! What we faced here was only the beginning. The undead ranks are bolstered every time one of our warriors falls in battle.

Prince Arthas: Then we should strike at their leader! I'll go to Stratholme and kill Mal'Ganis myself if I have to!

Uther the Lightbringer: Easy, lad. Brave as you are, you can't hope to defeat a man who commands the dead all by yourself.

Prince Arthas: Then feel free to tag along, Uther. I'm going. With or without you.

Uther could sense that something was amiss with Prince Arthas, but it did not concern him, as he knew his apprentice could be headstrong. Arthas simply wanted to do what was best for his people, and Uther believed he would come to his senses. (I learn this from a Warcraft website.)

Here is link to a YouTube Video of a Custom Campaign that added Starcraft characters in the Warcraft 3 story: Zeratul saves Arthas - YouTube . But I don't know which Custom Campaign this is.
